CVS opposes gov's plan to pay for business tax cut
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — While Gov. Lincoln Chafee's (CHAY'-fee's) plan to shrink corporate income taxes is winning support in Rhode Island's business community, his proposal to pay for the cut is running into trouble with one of the state's biggest companies.
