Boston director David Bergers to leave SEC

The Securities and Exchange Commission said today that David P. Bergers, acting deputy director of the SEC’s Enforcement Division and director of the Boston Regional Office, will leave the agency this spring after 13 years of federal service.John T. Dugan, who has served at the SEC since 1999, will become the acting director of the Boston Regional Office, officials said.
