In a report published on Tuesday, Goldman Sachs analyst Ryan Nash raised the price target on American Express (NYSE: AXP) from $70.00 to $76.00 and maintained a Neutral rating.

Massachusetts small businesses are more upbeat about the nation’s economic health than their counterparts in other states.Of Bay State small business owners, 77 percent have a positive outlook on the U.S. economy and business prospects, compared to 54 percent across the country, according to an American Express survey of U.S. businesses with 100 or fewer employees.
