Adams Express Co. and Petroleum & Resources Corp. have tapped an executive at BNP Paribas Investment Partners to run the two Baltimore closed-end mutual funds. Mark E. Stoeckle will succeed long-time CEO Douglas G. Ober, who said last June he planned to retire after heading the two funds for the past 21 years.
